I surely recommend this place because of its excellent location, just round the corner from Piazza Navona, in the heart of Rome. The room is well designed with a spacious bathroom which features designer elements. What I dit NOT like about this place is that the bed headboard was pretty worn just where the head rubs against the leather or faux leather - and it really needed updating since it was scratched and worn: instead of buying a new headboard, which really needs replacing, they covered the ruined parts with a decorative drape, hoping that guests would not notice. It is not very hygenic. There was no breakfast room, so you will get a tray in the morning with your breakfast. If you like hot tea, you need to ASK for a kettle which is not provided, although you see kettles in their advertised photos. Breakfast comes lukewarm... so again if you like a toasty toast... you need to be patient and go somewhere else to have a decent breakfast. Having said this, I would return to this place again, because it is very clean and comfortable

We selected Navona Living Rome because we wanted to be close to Piazza Navona. Our goal was to visit the piazza at different times of the day, to see it in different light and enjoy various aspects of it. This B&B is literally a few steps from the piazza and we were able to meet our goal! Our room (the Junior Suite) was very nice, especially the bathroom. The room was smallish, but laid out well. The room was very clean. An Italian breakfast with croissant, coffee, fruit, yogurt and juice was delivered to our room. The staff was professional yet friendly. Without fail, they asked if everything was OK. And always wore a mask, given the current coronavirus restrictions. Two pleasant surprises: There is a taxi stand right outside. Zero waiting. Under the building is an exhibit of the ruins of the Stadium of Domitian. Going through this exhibit gave me so more insight into this beautiful piazza.

The staff were excellent. The room was good. This hotel is in an excellent location, next to Piazza Navona, which is very handy to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon as well as the Spanish Steps. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were especially lovely, always kind and helpful. Rufo was tops!

It’s hard to figure out the building bc the street address is actually 1/2 a block away. The actual door is hidden behind all the construction. Very chic room, in a cool old building overlooking ancient ruins from the ground floor. Piazza Navona is right behind, so you can walk there rain or shine. The neighborhood alleys are great for exploring. There was some confusion with my check-in and I waited for almost an hour, because they don’t have a 24-hour person at the desk. So it’s more like a swanky Air BnB than a hotel. But the manager was very nice and felt bad about the mix up with my room. Breakfast was continental and served in the room. They were very helpful regarding any questions. There’s an elevator. The taxi stand is a block away.

Very clean guest house...both reception staff very helpfull...rufo helpfull in anything I ask ..always serving breakfast with a smile! ...i recommend this place..piazza navona is beautiful during the day magical at night!
